Went in today to get help with my filter head leaking. I spoke will bill who was most knowledgeable told him my issues, he gathered all the parts I would need and explained how to take apart the head and then offered to repair it for. I don’t believe this is a service they offer but I believe he felt my anxiety and was super nice about taking care of me and my problems. Bill saved the summer !! Please keep in mind this was way above and beyond what they do here, thank you Bill. They have earned my support of this business for along as I have a pool and hot tub which I have both!!!
