Our gas fireplace broke down just before the holidays. The staff at Sundance Leisure were prompt in responding to our request for service. The technician was pleasant and professional, patiently explaining everything ... he was doing during the service call. The repair turned out to be tricky, and the technician worked diligently for several hours until he was able to successful diagnosis and fix the problem. Went in today to get help with my filter head leaking. I spoke will bill who was most knowledgeable told him my issues, he gathered all the parts I would ... need and explained how to take apart the head and then offered to repair it for. I don’t believe this is a service they offer but I believe he felt my anxiety and was super nice about taking care of me and my problems. Bill saved the summer !! I have used Sundance Leisure for my pool, hot tub, and gas fireplaces and have always found them to be helpful and honest. It is great that I can call ... or email the owner and know that I will get a quick response. When I needed a new hot tub cover I simply emailed them and they looked up the information on my hot tub and took care of ordering it for me. The convenience means a lot to me! The young men that came this week to install a new gas fireplace were very professional, friendly and took great care to protect the floors when moving the new fireplace in the house.
